well because i m kinda girl who likes messy look hair and big hair and to give it more shape i use hair spray and sometime i just leave it as it is so should you rinse the spray before you go to bed and shiuld i keep using it or is it bad?

Hair spray does not damage your hair. The only way it can do damage that I can think of is if you spray a truly enormous amount of it on your hair that dries so very stifly that some of your hairs break in the middle when you try to put a comb through your hair. Otherwise it is fine.

I would rinse it prior to going to bed because all that buildup is terrible for your hair. It's like wearing tons of makeup and never washing your face, eventually you'll get pimples. So i would do it as a precaution regardless.

1st off i dunno how u can sleep with all the stuff in ya hair..stiffness on the hair causes split ends and breakage. i mean no chemicals are GOOD for ya hair. definately wash it out before bed.
