Yes Bumble and Bumble are in my eyes some of the best products out there,however I have found other shine sprays that are very good for at a fraction of the cost(I have a serious bath and hair product problem)(meaning I can't walk into a beauty supply store and not drop 100 dolllars)hask or got to b make a nice shine illuminator for around 5 dollars.Works just as well.all of the shine illuminators work about the same,so if you find one for 4 or 5 dollars why pay 25?

I personally love Citre Shine Shine Mist, you can buy it at Wal-Mart/Target/drugstore for less than $5. My hair is oily, and that's the only one I've found that gives shine without making my hair stringy.

Nope that's not a stupid question. I know people are freaking out by you asking that but that's really an old school trick that women used to really do. There were magazine arcticles that told of how to use that for setting your makeup.

It's just not necessary now that there are cosmentics that are out of better quality. Don't go for the cheap stuff. It's cheap because it doesn't have a lot of pigment. Use liquid eyeliner and a cream base before you put on your eyeshadow and that will help.

NO. DON'T put Hair-Spray on your face to set your make-up. It will badly irritate the skin as it's not designed for that kind of use. I would seriously not advise it. If you get it in your eyes you will regret it more than anything!

Basically, most make up wears off, try buying good brand make up and seeing how it compares. You can buy foundations that last 12 hours +. If you can't afford to/cant be bothered to buy more stuff, then just reapply your make up in the day. It should only take about five minutes to add a bit more eyeliner and touch up your foundation where it's started to rub off.

eeeew good god no! doing that will just leave your sticky faced, tight skinned with a tacky shine. and your makeup will look alot worse not betta. hmmm lets see. first off try using some skincare products that take away excess oil. excess oil is usually the culprit of mid morning fade. after using your moisturizer blot your entire fac with a tissue. it'll leave your skin soft and matte. apply your makeup and set it with a lil swipe of loose powder. for eyemakeup swipe loose powder on entire eyelid before applying your eyemakeup. it was make it last so much longer. hope this helps. good luck!!!

Step away from the Aqua Net! I've actually heard this before....

I would advise:

1) Look for a good foundation primer (Smashbox Photo Finish for example).

2) Set your foundation with a loose translucent powder (NYC makes a fabulous powder, and only $2!).

3) Blot and touch up with translucent pressed powder through the day.

Ha! Do not put hairpspray on your face!! There are much better ways to keep your makeup on!

Try a long wearing foundation ... like Revlon ColorStay (oil-free) or DiorSkin Forever. They don't fade or smear off. If it is still fading, try a primer first. Definitely set the makeup with a powder.

Ok, I know this sounds silly but I have this weird theory that wearing hairgel or maybe even hairspray or something stunts your growth.

I see alot of evidence like alot of teenagers who seem to wear hairgel or something of its sort seem to be rather short. Actually, like every teen who wears it at my school is sorta short...dunno why. Maybe it messes with people's genetics or growth somehow, I dunno?

Well, I guess it depends more on the brand. non-aerosol spray is easier on the environment, not just because of the propellant, that has changed over the years, but because the container is usually recyclable plastic, but metal aerosol containers can't be recycled because of the explosion risk. One isn't gentler than the other, and they work the same. You can probably be a little more accurate with the spay and the amount used with non-aerosol.

Hairspray is a great show, but the movie isn't very good at all.

I'd say a teenage boy wouldn't really like it; it's a romantic comedy with a segregation twist, and I've never known guys to me particularly enthusiastic about musicals.

Also, it's set in the 60's, and the main characters are overweight, so there aren't any hot girls for him to ogle, and the costuming will look ridiculous to him.

However, you might be pleasantly surprised; he may decide he likes it after all if you force some culture on him.

It will probably stain the blonde parts. When you highlight your hair, the hair shaft becomes more porous, think of it like a sponge. Test it on a small peice of highlighted hair that won't show very much if it does stain. Leave it on for a few hours, then wash that strip and see if it stains. Its the only way to know!

But for the past few years he has sprayed on this black spray that gives the illusion of a fuller head of hair. This prevents him from many activities that he used to enjoy such as swimming and other water sports. His look also discourages him from going to public places quite often.

This so-called "spray on hair" does give an impressive illusion, but it's not the same as having a nice full head of hair that every young man should enjoy.

DUde! Straightening your hair is REALLY bad. I only do it for big occasion, because it burns the thin outer layer of your hair, so the more you do it, the more it get damaged!

Any type of heat being applied to your hair is bad for it. However, you are doing a great job of preventing a LOT of the damage it can cause. Try to let the defense spray settle (dry) before straightening it, because your hair is still wet / damp. Frizz serum is great .. however, try to use either a spray /leave in conditioner every day, or at least every time you wash it. A lot of shampoos take away the nutrients your hair truly needs.

Personally, I love the pantene-prov conditioner. You only need a small amount each time you wash your hair with shampoo. It keeps hair silky and smooth, never dull and dry.

I straighten my hair about 2 times a week. Try to limit yourself as much as you can to straightening it..

other than that.. I think your hair will be healthy and fine!

ok...not everyone is going to agree with me - because it is a catch 22 situation!

But I used to straighten my hair with irons and use heat defence nearly every day...and it did damage it - I could tell

If your hair seems / feels / looks in good condition - then nothing to worry about!

Personally - I ended up chemically straightening mine - which DID damage it as well.....but after time - and not having to use my straighteners ( bliss! ) it actually returned to good condition - but only because i looked after it well

So either way it gets damaged and needs special looking after - but its up to you...I wish there was a completely 'damage free' way!

You can get the orange by disolving 3 or 4 packages of unsweetened koolaid in a cup of warm water. Pour it on, let it dry. (Bonus: Will look about as managable as hers!) Unless your hair is porous from being bleached it will wash out with a single serious round of lather rinse repeat. Don't know about the yellow roots, since it's got to cover your real color, not bleach it. Food color in Elmer's (water soluble) white glue?

It usually only takes one wash to remove it. I would get a semi permanent color gel... It takes more washes but it doesn't rub out or stiffen hair...

juice of 2 oranges

1 cup water.

hair spray looks kinda good, but you're a girl, right? too much hairspray will cause alot of hairloss and whitening at an early age. So, it isn't healthy, overall. You must have originality and not try to alter your appearance. I'm sure you look good the way you are.

The best hairspray is L'Oreal Elnett hair spray. It is used by some of the top hair stylist and doesn't weigh down hair or make it sticky and is long lasting and strong holding even thorugh wind and rain and harsh weather. It is only sold in Europe but you can order it online from different website just google search it. You don't really need a large bottle of it in fact I usually buy the second smallest size because a little goes a long way with this stuff.

Get some pre-wrap(available at Johnny Mac's sporting goods , or sports authority) or you could try a headband. you could also try using hair wax. I know it sounds weird but it works good to hold back little "fly aways"
