use a oil based emolliant to lubricate the strands of your hair. i think mayo or something similar will do. let the head dressing sit for about 30 minutes. rinse out. now wash your hair about 2-3 more times to wash out the mayonaisse and hair spray. this should work.

Usually that stuff is pretty easy to get out. Just use some shampoo, scrub a little if you have to. If worse comes to worse, use bar soap (but be sure to use conditioner afterwards, because bar soap on hair can be really drying)

if your hair isn't color treated you can go get a clarifying shampoo and that will take it out. but if u dont have time u can use some baking soda in ur shampoo %26amp; it should take it right out. :)
