I have brown hair with blonde strikes, layered as low as my chin, and sholder length.

I suggest scrunching. But it depends on you hair. Some peoples hair gets very frizzy if they scrunch it and look like a mess. But me, I have naturally wavy hair so I put some product on the top of my hair well wet, so it doesnt poof/frizz, then load on the mousse and gell and it forms nice waves and curls

make it into a pony tail(hight one) and make the little poof thing with my bangs and since i have curly hair the ponytail loks really pretty

I have that same exact hair problem but i decided to try this and it looks really pretty, just put jell on ur ponytail so it looks nicer
