i straighten my hair once in 2 days..so im jus wondering wat is a good spray i can use dat will protect my hair from the iron's damages?? like split ends, frizziness and dry hair as well as burnin my hair.

Nexxus- thermal heat styling spray (expensive)

Citre shine thermo defense shine glaze (less expensive, same job done)

Spray ends well let set before hitting with heat.
