I have used the spray in color sprays, but it made my hair feel very hard, do I need to use a moisturizer after i spray it in?

of course it will make your hair hard its hairspray there is nothing you can do about the texture if your using these products

You probable did not condition your hair after removing the color spray. You need to condition your hair with a deep conditioner and you are advised not leave spray too long on your hair. Use a leave in conditioner before using color sprays that way they dont make your hair dry
