Hair wax and hair spray damaging hair?

I was just wondering if using hair wax on your hair everyday along with hair spray will have long term effects on my hair. eg. Bolding and such. Professional advice please

It can have damaging affect on your hair. If you're not going out one day, leave it alone so you give it a momment to recover. If you're worried about hair loss, you can buy products now that stop bolding and they expect by 2012 they'll have a new vaccine that will prevent baldness permenantley. However, these aren't cheap!

Any product can be damaging, large amounts of silicates and alcohol will damage. Just keep moisturizing, and repair when necessary. If you're planning on just hanging at home go wax-less and let your hair breath. Experiment with other products, you might find something you like that isn't so hard on you.
