Im curling my hair with a flat iron and i need a good spray to keep it in any advice

Paul Mitchell Freeze and Shine...If you want your curls to stay overnight and all through the next day, this is the stuff. Spray a little on prior to curling (at least for me w/curling iron), and wa-lah! Super stiff curls that stay curled even when separated...and this stuff smells great too!
