What hair spray do you use to make your hair look wet and curly/wavy?

i want my hair to look wet and curly/wavy but i dont know how because everytime i try my hair turns out straight. so can someone please help me? i need the spray names and the steps?

To be honest with you, the wet look is pretty out. Whenever I think of it, I think of some cholo 15 year old who drew her eyebrows on with sharpie. But to get a nice wavy look a la jessica biel, try this:

When you are in the shower, after shampooing, squeeze the extra water out of your hair and shake it out with your fingers. put some conditioner in, and comb it through until there are no more knots, either with your fingers or a wide toothed comb (not a brush!) leave it in while you do all your other shower stuff, the conditioner should be the last thing you wash out.

When you get out, wrap your hair in a towel (do the little turby-twisty thing) and leave it up for 5 or 10 minutes. When you take it out, dont brush it!

Get about a handful of mousse (my hair is about 6 inches below my shoulders. if its shorter than that, use less. if its longer.... you probably wont have much luck with this because it will be too heavy) and squeeze it into your hair, go lightly if at all on your roots, that makes them look greasy. if you have thin hair, get a volumizing spray (garnier fructis XXL is amazing) and spray it at your roots and through your hair.

Turn your hair upside down and blow dry in, aiming the blow dryer at sections that you are squeezing up to your scalp.

You can either continue blow drying it till its dry, but that makes my hair frizzy. You can also take some medium sized jaw clips (I use 4) and squeeze your hair up to your head and clip it up there, spray a little hair spray (I use herbal essences or garnier) and finish getting ready, and then come back, take it down, and blow dry it some more.

This works really well for me, I have this retarded hair that isn't really wavy and isn't really straight, but that is the best method I have found. It works for my sister, and her hair is much thinner and straighter than mine.

ok..this will help i use it myself..it is called Moose Curl! its not spray...........wat u have to do is spray some on ur hand (its foamy) and then after you do that rub ur hand together...then put it on ur hair and keeping mushing/scrunching ur hair together until all the foam is gone! its simple and real easyy! hope this works!!!=)

That is a horrible look. You should be going for soft waves. Not that nasty hard as a rock, crunchy hair. But anyways.

I believe hair gel is what you're looking for, not spray.

I had the same problem. Execpt I had a (not so well-done) perm. I used 'Suave Professional's Scrunching Moose' to help define my curls.

It was inexpensive and it works.

if your trying to achieve the crunchy hair look use lots of curl enhancing mousse,then some hair gel and then spritz with curl spritz and let your hair air dry.
