Has anybody used that 'surf hair' spray on a hairstyle worn down and if so does it hold we

I have longish hair and hate it when the wind blows it all over and ruins the style. Just wondering if anybody has used that garnier 'surf hair' spray on a hairstyle that is worn down as an aid to hold hair still in the wind or any other product for that matter that keeps a natural look

it doesn't really holds hair still in the wind, it's actually so you can scrunch your hair so it can look like like surfer hair, you know the semi wavy, messy, windblown hairstyle. You should use garnier smooth and sleek serum, it makes hair shiny, sleek and non frizzy but it doesn't feel heavy, plus the wind has a hard time messing it up!

Ihad the same problem- now solved! try loreal invisispray you cant tell there's owt in your hair but it stays perfect all night!

It makes hair really matt and textured, which does hold up pretty well in the wind, but wont keep it from blowing around or anything. Its more a texturing product than a hold product and I personally prefer it in gum form.

I think it's a really poor product. It has a near consistency of water so it does little to hold your hair in place.

The surf hair matte clay is pretty good, I use that. It does depend how long your hair is though. However I don't think they'll ever make any product that keeps long hair in place, whilst looking natural, especially on a windy day. No matter what these products claim.

I've used Bumble %26amp; bumble Surf spray.. its expensive but worked ok. It creates a nice, 'shagged out' look, like you've spent the afternoon um.. well.. you know! Hehe! But it might be more for the girls i think.. sorry!
