Need a temporary hair dye/spray for halloween?

i'm planning to go as leeloo from the movie, the fifth element. i don't want to get a wig because a) they are annoying to me b) my hair is the right length for this.

can you guys recommend me any good temporary hair dyes/sprays? i'd love for it to be a one night wash-out thing, but if its a week long thing i could probably manage. if it were worth it and gave me the results i wanted.

im looking for a traffic cone orange color, and i also want a blonde for my roots. my hair is already naturally red so i dont have a long way to go to get to orange. (hopefully).

here's a pic incase you havent seen the movie:

You can get the orange by disolving 3 or 4 packages of unsweetened koolaid in a cup of warm water. Pour it on, let it dry. (Bonus: Will look about as managable as hers!) Unless your hair is porous from being bleached it will wash out with a single serious round of lather rinse repeat. Don't know about the yellow roots, since it's got to cover your real color, not bleach it. Food color in Elmer's (water soluble) white glue?

this may sound really odd but the hiar-dyes you buy at K-MART for halloween work really good! i used it once and it also works as a "colored-hiarspray" i would try that b4 i bought something super expensive!

hope i helped :)

Im gonna tell you right now that if you buy a cheap temporary color, its not gonna work. The best thing you could do is go to a place like Sally's, really any place that sells beauty products, and buy a temporary wash-out color. The people there will help you to find what you need.
